DJ CHEF Marc Weiss, the national spokesperson for the S'Mores Maker by CASAMODA, will add "S'Mores" to the dessert menu at the Whale's Tail in Long Beach using the S'Mores Maker. The sterno powered mini grill which is situated on a "Lazy Susan" (rotating platter) with ceramic dishes for the traditional ingredients of marshmallow, graham cracker & chocolate,
will mark the first restaurant on Long Island to have the S'Mores Maker on the
menu. Diners use fondue type forks to roast the marshmallows over the flame and
then add it to the graham cracker and chocolate "sandwich". The heat from the
roasted marshmallows makes the chocolate melt. The unique treat was named
"S'More" from people frequently asking for "Some more"....quickly. Chef Weiss is
developing new S'Mores recipe cards which will come with the S'Mores Maker
in retail outlets. Look for "DJ CHEF" on national TV and new shows demonstration
it soon.
